You might also wanna check in visual studio if any errors pop up. The tutorial incase you missed it: I think you maybe missed something, re-do the steps to figure out what is causing the problems. I believe people will only be able to play your game if they also own steam and the same version as your Source sdk base 2013. If your game/mod is giving you errors everytime you add a script or something similiar you should try and overwrite the binaries with a new ones always.
